General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for a busy lifestyle modern Nikkei restaurant opening in the heart of Paris – The restaurant is part of a  group of Lifestyle restaurant with restaurants in  London, Miami, Toronto, and St Tropez.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the pre-opening and day to day operations.

Your role will be to ensure the standards of product, service & atmosphere are achieved through ongoing motivation & management of the team to build a profitable business. To have extensive knowledge of the food & beverage to incorporate the restaurant service journey & to encourage the team to deliver this each & every time. To achieve this by being fully responsible for the organization, supervising, monitoring & follow up for operational issues within the restaurant.

The successful applicant will have experience working in a quality lifestyle or fine dining restaurant in Paris at a senior management level. You will have a Be enthusiastically guest focused with a positive, can do & open attitude.

You must work in a professional yet welcoming friendly manner, have strong communication skills & be able to liaise with the team. Be a hardworking team player with the ability to learn and adapt.

You must also be extremely well presented.
