French Restaurant Manager – Riyadh

We are looking for a charismatic, stylish and passionate French Restaurant Manager for the opening of a French restaurant in September in Riyadh.

Our client is a world-renowned French restaurant brand with a reputation for excellence.

We are looking for a French candidate specifically to fit within the concept and strengthen the brand DNA. You must have experience in high profile, and/or fine dining restaurant. We are looking for Passion, personality and style. You need to be a natural on the floor, an actor in your own show. You must lead by example and have a contagious style.

You just also have experience managing a team of 35/45 front of house staff, including reception and reservation.
