Consultant Chef

We are looking for a consultant chef to work on a new restaurant project opening in London.

The concept is Japanese / Pan Asian cuisine. The contract will be spread over six months.

The project deliverables include:

• Menu creative direction
• Costings/pricing
• Recipes with ingredients/quantities/cooking methods
• Kitchen equipment list
• Advice on kitchen design

You must have proven experience as a consultant to apply as we will only consider applications from current consultant chefs with experience in Japanese/Pan Asian cuisine.

You must be based in the UK and be available for food tasting in January and be able to spean three/four weeks in May for training and opening.
