Development Chef

We are looking for an experienced Development chef to join a food retail/restaurant concept company opening new stores in the UK and the USA, with an aggressive growth target for the next 4 years.

We are looking for an experienced development chef to create new balanced and tasty dishes for this health-focused new food store/restaurant concept.

It is paramount that the applicant has a strong knowledge of plant-based and vegan food.

You will work closely with the founder in developing the food brand offering.

Your responsibilities will include the creation, design, and production of new dishes in line with the concept

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced as a Development Chef within a well-respected restaurant brand
• Must have experience working in fine dining / Michelin star restaurant at some point in their career
• Must be a team player
• The drive and ambition to succeed

Salary and package will depends on experience and will be discussed on application. The final package offered will be very competitive!
