My client is a Lifestyle Italian restaurant with  successful restaurants across the globe and more new openings coming up in the next 12/24 months

This restaurant is a celebrity magnet, it is the definition of a destination restaurant. With a worldwide success, Dubai is the flagship restaurant.

We are looking for an Italian Restaurant General manager with an outgoing personality, you must have experience working in a high profile restaurant, dealing with celebrity and VIP. a true operator with a hands-on approach

This is a hands-on position where leading by example is adamant. Impeccable personal presentation and an eye for details is essential.
