General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager for the new opening of a 190 covers restaurant.

My client is a Lifestyle Italian restaurant with three successful restaurants already operating in Europe and the USA.

This restaurant is a celebrity magnet, it is the definition of a destination restaurant. With a worldwide success, Riyadh is the latest opening and is part of a development plan in the Middle east.

We are looking for a Restaurant General manager with an outgoing personality, you must have experience working in a high profile restaurant, dealing with celebrity and VIP. A strong background of Maitre D’ is highly preferred.

This is a hands-on position where leading by example is adamant. Impeccable personal presentation and an eye for details is essential.
