General Manager – Riyadh

This is an opportunity to join the most successful restaurant creator in Britain on his latest lifestyle restaurant project in Riyadh!

Riyadh is quickly becoming the hottest destination for international restaurateurs to launch new and exciting ventures.

We are looking for a General Manager to open the latest concept from my client.

• Concept is confidential
• Capacity consists of 120 seat restaurant and separate lounge area, it is expected to turn over 300 to 400 covers a day
• A counter where you can order freshly cooked food
• 80 members of staff (Floor and Kitchen and admin staff)

The general manager will be looking after the day to day operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and will be working closely with the group operations director on the restaurant strategy.

We need an experienced GM for this role, A gm with experience in upscale lifestyle restaurant in a major city ( Dubai, London, New York, Singapore, Paris etc)

My client offer a single or married status with a generous basic salary (discussed during the interview) + a 20% bonus, a 2 or 3 bedroom villa, transport, insurance, schooling and 1 flight per year to your home country.
