Head Chef – Michelin Star Restaurant
This stunning new fine dining restaurant serving classical and modern French cuisine are looking for a Head Chef to join the team.
The restaurant is part of an international restaurant group, they are seeking an experienced and food focused Head Chef to oversee the London restaurant operation.
You will be working with the finest brigade using only the best seasonal produce and ingredients.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star.
As Head Chef you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, work closely with the Executive chef in creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
An excellent salary package of £60,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
