International restaurant group operating globally. A market leader and an international player introducing innovative concepts and a wide variety of dining experiences worldwide are looking for a restaurant manager for their latest restaurant in Dubai.

Set in relaxed, chic and luxurious surroundings, the venue includes a restaurant, cocktail bar, Sushi bar, as well as a roof terrace.

We are looking for a charismatic Restaurant Manager for a trendy fusion South American/Asian cuisine lifestyle trendy restaurant concept.

Requirements:

• High volume experience
• Lifestyle / trendy or luxury casual operation
• Experience in dealing with Middle Eastern / Celebrity / VIP guests
• Strong and driven on standards
• Positive attitude, full of energy
• Able to cope with the pressure
• Fun and engaging, guest-focused

This role is only suitable for someone with experience working in large volume lifestyle restaurant operations offering full-service restaurant and experience with live entertainment.

A Strong communicator with exceptional leadership skills is paramount for this role.
