RIYADH – NEW OPENING – Restaurant General Manager

International lifestyle restaurant group operating globally is opening a 250 cover restaurant in Riyadh. This restaurant group is a market leader and an international player with world-renowned concepts.

We are looking for a charismatic General Manager for the new opening of a Mediterranean lifestyle restaurant.

This role is suitable for a General Manager with experience managing large volume lifestyle restaurant operations offering full-service restaurants.

We are looking for individuals with strong financial acumen and experience with full control of the annual budget, labor control, and restaurant operating expenses;

The entire team will be made of over 100 employees so experience with high volume operation is essential.

A Strong communicator with exceptional leadership skills is paramount for this role. Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.

Package ( Salary + accommodation and Living allowances) between £85,000 – 100,000 net per year + Bonus + Flights and health insurances.
