Restaurant Manager

This restaurant is the latest opening of France’s most famous Michelin Star Chef!

We are looking for a restaurant Manager with Michelin star experience to lead the team.

As a Restaurant Manager – your responsibility will include:

• Ensure smooth restaurant operations at all time
• Conduct training and carry out performance evaluation of colleagues
• Optimize the profitability of the restaurant and drive revenue
• Maximize and maintain the restaurant’s performance as well as service quality
• Create an exceptional experience for our guests
• We are looking for someone who has:
• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Must have experience working in either a fine dining restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem-solving
• Enjoys being challenged
• Able to engage with restaurant guests
• A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
• Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

You must be capable of handling high volume and keep up the personalized high standard level at all times.
